Abstract
Making sense of the medical history and clinical findings of a patient with venous leg ulcer can be very difficult for newcomers. These are recommended to adhere to a specific classification scheme to help them plan a structured procedure. This pictorial course does not replace the study of textbooks and guidelines, rather our intention is to present a few practical tips and background information on the medical history of patients with leg ulcers, and how to describe the findings.
