Abstract

The topics discussed include: on data placement strategies in distributed RDF stores; ontology-based approach for unsupervised and adaptive focused crawling; supervised typing of big graphs using semantic embeddings; evolution of anatomical concept usage over time: mining 200 years of biodiversity literature; extracting linked data from statistic spreadsheets; a distributed graph approach for pre-processing linked RDF data using supercomputers; safety check - a semantic web application for emergency management; and using semantic web technologies to power LungMAP, a molecular data repository.
