The 6th ACIS International Conference on Software Engineering Research, Management and Applications (SERA 2008) provides an international forum where researchers and practitioners are invited to share their experience and exchange new ideas related to all aspects of software engineering research and applications. The conference particularly welcomes contributions at the junction of theory and practice, which disseminate basic research with an immediate impact on applications.
