Abstract
Persuasion can be archived with much greater impact using ambient intelligence. Ambient systems may be used to positively influence users’ behavior, especially with regard to healthcare. Unfortunately, current state-of-the-art persuasive ambient systems use either mobile devices or are statically bound to dedicated infrastructure. In this paper, we introduce the concept of persuasion mobility. This supports continuous persuasion even when users move between different environments. Besides a discussion of the potential benefits of this approach, we analyze current and developing technological building blocks towards a persuasion mobility architecture.
