In vivo Megahertz Dynamic Optical Coherence Tomography of Human Skin

Abstract

We demonstrate Megahertz optical coherence tomography (MHz-OCT) for in vivo skin imaging with dynamic contrast at different resolutions. This study presents recent advances and discusses challenges for clinical translation and real-time in vivo applications.
