D. Theisen-Kunde, R. Brinkmann, V. Ott, R. Keller

Abstract

A 2μm-laser-scalpel was used for dissection of arteries and veins in pigs. Closing rates for small vessels up to 1mm were 94% and 70% for medium sized vessels (1- 2.3 mm).
