Abstract
Körperliche Aktivität kann sich positiv auf den Krankheitsverlauf nach einer Brustkrebserkrankung auswirken. Um die Fortführung körperlicher Aktivität nach der Rehabilitation zu unterstützen, wurde ein bewegungsförderndes Nachsorge-Programm mit einer Reha-Nachsorge-App (ReNaApp) für die Indikation Brustkrebs entwickelt und evaluiert.
