Abstract

Unfortunately, after publication of this article [1], it was noticed that an error in the PDF to an equation was introduced during the production process. On page 8 of the PDF, the equation reads: y_i = s_j + βx_i + §|(a_if + a_im) + εi The equation should have read: y_i = s_j+βx_i + 1/2 (a_if + a_im) + e_i The original article has been updated to correct this error.
