Abstract
A lot of terms exist for cooperations of different professions in health system, also for services made by pharmacists. Pharmaceutical care is for many hospital pharmacists an aim to establish the hospital pharmacy in health system. Many hospital pharmacies tried out pharmaceutical care services, not always with success. In this article we describe our process to become a hospital pharmacy with pharmacists on ward, including a description of some problems we had.
