Abstract

The authors regret that there was an error in Table IV, last column “Total”, row 7 “Costs for two-tier IC management strategy”. Unfortunately, the number stated there is incorrect and should read as follows: 97,701.36€. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
