Abstract

Vitrification has been successfully used for cryopreservation of human oocytes, zygotes and embryos. There are various media which contain different combinations and concentrations of cryoprotectants for this technique. In this prospective randomized study, two different vitrification and warming media were compared in human zygotes' cryopreservation.
