Abstract

Chronic depression is not only highly comorbid with psychiatric axis I disorders, but also axis II personality disorders. For treatment of psychiatric comorbidities recommendations are to use evidence-based strategies, in parallel. With this case report the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Analysis System of Psychotherapy (CBASP) in a patient with chronic depression and comorbid obsessive-compulsive and antisocial personality disorder is discribed.
