Abstract

Indirect immunofl uorescence (IIF) is the gold standard to screen for antinuclear (ANA) or antineutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies (ANCA). An automated microscope system in combination with a sophisticated software to manage and report IIF results was evaluated.
