Navigation60plus is a model project developed by the State Association for Health Promotion in Schleswig-Holstein. It will be implemented in the Luebeck area from October 2018 for a period of three years and will then be continued on a permanent basis.

The project aims to work with employers to reach people who are steppping into retirement within one to three years.

Funding is provided by the DAMP Foundation, with additional funding and project partners including the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health, Youth, Family and Senior Citizens and a national health insurance fund.

The project is being scientifically evaluated by the University of Luebeck and is supposed to be rolled out in other regions after a pilot phase.
