Evaluation of a psychosomatic hybrid rehabilitation program that follows a four-week inpatient rehabilitation program with a digital bridge week in the home environment. The concept of hybrid rehabilitation is based on the assumption that during the digital bridge week, patients will be able to more easily transfer what they have learned in rehabilitation to their everyday lives and work environments, and that therapeutic processes can be more reliably transferred to the home environment. A preliminary study (2021-2024) investigated and demonstrated the feasibility, acceptance, and satisfaction with the concept.
The evaluation study examines the benefits and effectiveness of psychosomatic hybrid rehabilitation compared to conventional psychosomatic rehabilitation. Changes in participation and other health- and work-related parameters will be examined over the longitudinal course of the controlled evaluation study.
