Project Details

Description

The platform of systems biology, pathology, and proteomics acts as a service hub of CRC 850. The systems biology service interrogates biological entities on sub-cellular, molecular, pathway and intra- and inter-cellular levels, respective networks based on multi-omics data modelling. The pathology service will continue to perform in situ or extract-based analyses. The proteomics service offers quantitative proteomics, N-terminomics and interaction proteomics.
