Project Details
Description
Ensuring needs-based, humane and safe care is an ongoing challenge for everyone involved in nursing. The demographic increase in care needs and the growing complexity of care arrangements and processes, combined with scarce human resources, are leading to an enormous increase in workload in hospitals, inpatient care facilities and outpatient care. This not only affects the job satisfaction of nursing staff, but also poses a risk to the quality of care and patient safety.
