Moreen Heine ist seit April 2019 Professorin für E-Government und Open Data Ecosystems an der Universität zu Lübeck.
Nach dem Studium der Informatik und Politikwissenschaft promovierte sie im Bereich der Wirtschaftsinformatik zum Transfer von E-Government-Lösungen.
Von April 2015 bis März 2019 war sie Juniorprofessorin für Wirtschaftsinformatik, insbesondere Digital Government, an der Universität Potsdam.
Sie ist außerdem wissenschaftliche Leiterin des Joint Innovation Lab, in dem Wissenschaft, Verwaltung und Wirtschaft gemeinsam an konkreten Lösungen für E-Government und Open Government arbeiten.
