Work Group: T-Cells
We conduct research on how sleep, infections and inflammatory processes affect immunological T-cell memory, autoimmunity and T-cell receptor repertoire. We are also working on comupter modelling of these processes, using the following techniques: Multi-spectrum Immunohistology, quantitative Real-Time-RT-PCR and Next Generation Sequencing.
