About us

The Department of Informatics and Technology at the University of Luebeck represents a wide range of research topics with more than 30 professors providing their knowledge and expertise at 16 theoretical, practical and technical institutes.

These institutes are of central importance for the digitization and thus economic development of Schleswig-Holstein. Therefore, various activities of our scientists are highly relevant for the regional and national economic impact of Luebeck`s work on computer science, engineering and mathematics.
