Organisation profile

About us

As a Level 1 care giver, we combine all important special services and treatments under one roof. At the same time we strive to quickly integrate the latest scientific findings into everyday's clinical practice.

We therefore enjoy a high national and international reputation in patients' care, research and teaching. Our spectrum ranges from obstetrics (e.g. high risk pregnancies, labour support), diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases, such as benign/malignant diseases of the mammary gland, to the latest surgical and drug-based tumor therapies including psycho-oncological care for all of our cancer patients.

As the quality of medical care is the most important goal in medicine, it is constantly reviewed internally and externally by independent entities. Well-informed patients are the key to a quick recovery. That is why we are happy to answer any questions you may have about your illness and therapy options. You as a patient are our main focus and all staff pursue the goal of making you healthy again as quickly as possible.

Our research activities focus on:

  • Operative Therapy of Mastocarcinoma

  • Liquid Biopsy of Mastocarcinoma and other gynecological diseases

  • Impact and effectiveness of small molecule drugs, signal pathway inhibitors, immune checkpoint inhibitors and chemotherapeutic agents in varying combinations in cell culture systems of gynecological tumors

  • HPV-associated diseases: Detection and subtyping of Human Papillomavirus in anogenital smears, in serum and in urin of our consultation hours for dysplasia

  • Array-based and immunehistochemical search for molecular structures in order to predict endometrial cancer

UN Sustainable Development Goals

In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. Our work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
