Micro CT-based validation of iron concentration for MPI tracers

Abstract

With this simple strategy we are able to proof that the measured mean grey values increase directly proportional with the iron oxide concentration of the ferrofluid. This promises an appropriate determination of the iron oxide concentration based on μCT for evaluation of new tracer materials for MPI.
